Manager, Finance Data & Analytics (Hybrid - NYC or Edgewood NY)

Job Title: Manager, Finance Data & Analytics Broadridge is hiring a Manager to elevate the finance organization’s centralized reporting capabilities and strengthen the connection between financial planning and business performance across the organization. The role reports to the Director, Finance Data & Analytics and involves collaborating with senior leaders on high‑profile projects to drive transformation. Responsibilities Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance and enable more proactive decision‑making. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and comprehensive financial datasets that support the FP&A team’s needs across the organization, ensuring accuracy, integrity and accessibility. Integrate data from various sources (ERP systems, CRM, financial databases, operational systems) to create unified datasets for analysis. Work closely with IT, data science and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity across the organization. Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the finance team. Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, data processes and overall data quality and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and practices. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development. Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Python, R), financial systems (SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (PowerBI) and financial modeling. Proven ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and articulate implications to business leaders. Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex data sets. Strong communication and executive presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into clear insights and recommendations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity and drive work forward independently. Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $135,000 – $145,000. Bonus Eligible.
