Complete Care is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Dietitian to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the nutritional health and overall well-being of our residents in a supportive long-term care environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift Weekend Requirement: One weekend requirement each quarter

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience

Registered Dietitian Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident's dietary needs.
• Develop written dietary plans of care identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.
• Encourage residents and families to participate in the development and review of care plans.
• Ensure dietary personnel understand and follow each resident's care plan when providing daily dietary services.
• Identify special equipment and utensils required to meet individual resident needs.
• Review and interpret information in residents' medical charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support residents' nutritional health and overall well-being.

Registered Dietitian Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care, including some administrative responsibility; or
• One year of experience as a registered consulting dietitian serving one or more long-term care facilities.
