Responsibilities Lead a team of Technical Project Managers delivering large-scale, complex initiatives across the Genius S roadmap, ensuring delivery excellence across time, cost, quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Oversee end-to-end delivery planning and execution, support cross-functional collaboration, and act as an escalation point for delivery risks, RAID items, and resource challenges. Drive operational discipline, manage SteerCo reporting, and ensure initiatives are delivered successfully against milestones and business outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across the roadmap. Lead with strong people management, executive communication, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced software delivery environment. Bring significant project and program delivery experience and a solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle practices, including Agile and waterfall methodologies. Prefer experience in fintech, payments, or financial services. Qualifications Extensive experience in project and program delivery Strong people leadership and team management capability Experience managing large-scale, complex cross-functional initiatives Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively Experience with Jira and delivery governance processes Background in fintech, payments, or financial services preferred Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
