Compensation:

Commission-based pay with some of the industry's most competitive rates.
Average earnings range: $90,000 - $135,000+ per year .
Hourly paid training (1-3 weeks depending on experience).
Consistent, year-round work in all trades.

Schedule:

5 days on, 2 days off.
On-call shifts limited to 2 working days within your normal schedule.

Open Positions:

Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Technicians

Handle both residential and commercial service calls.
Experienced with water and sewer line repairs and replacements.
1+ years of experience required (3+ preferred).
Comfortable clearing blockages and replacing common fixtures.

All Technicians Should Be:

Skilled in recommending solutions to clients.
Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Professional in appearance and communication.
Dependable and hard-working team players.
Equipped with their own standard hand tools.
Eager to grow and continually improve their trade.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.
Relevant trade licenses (Plumbing, Mechanical, EPA) are a plus but not required.
