Job Description
Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule

3x12 Variable shifts, including days and nights.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks. Travelers can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate.
• Skills according to unit description.
• Not open to candidates with pending licenses.
• Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Compliance / Notes

Parking is free. Housing is provided for travelers during the assignment, with units available for move-in 72 hours before the contract begins and no longer than 24 hours after the contract ends. Pets are not allowed in housing.
