Expectations Work 35+ hours a week minimum Must be able to directly confront and solve issues that are brought to you Problem-solving mindset and big-picture mindset Must have developed leadership qualities that will aid in leading either zones or the store during peak and non-peak hours, including making key decisions in stressful situations, high communication with the kitchen and different zone leads, and being able to coach team members through various circumstances through high-stress environments. Must have an energy and enthusiasm that motivates the team to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Develop people and teams to meet the goals of the business.
