Immediate Need: Seeking candidates for a consistent 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift with Memory Support experience preferred .

Specific Shift Details

• Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours in Williamsburg and surrounding areas

About the Role

You will provide one-on-one care for elderly or disabled clients in their homes or local facilities, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

• We are looking for Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADL care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Provide supportive companionship and patient redirection for clients requiring memory support
• Ensure clients receive their proper medication on time
• Communicate with medical professionals and office staff about client health or issues that may arise
• Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Encourage activities inside and outside the home to enrich quality of life
• Work independently in an in-home or facility setting

Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal care aide or in a similar caregiving field
• Memory care / dementia experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
• High attention to detail
• PCA or CNA Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Clean Background Check
• Reliable Transportation
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality

Schedule

• Primary Need: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Flexible options to pick up additional day, evening, night, or weekend shifts

Compensation
Starting pay: $16.50/hour — or higher depending on experience and case complexity

• Weekly pay
• PRN (as-needed) opportunities available
