We have an immediate opening for a Temp IVF Case Manager (Float) to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area. This position will float between our San Ramon and Menlo Park, California offices, as needed. This is a temporary 6 month position.

Schedule: Rotating Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, rotating weekends and holidays

Compensation: $65 to $68 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the IVF Case Manager will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records

We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experienceindividuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
