Job Details

• Position: Material Handler
• Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - Finish
• Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour
• Location: Erlanger, KY

Key Responsibilities
As a Material Handler, you will support production and warehouse operations by:

• Loading production lines with necessary materials and supplies
• Safely moving materials weighing 25-75 lbs throughout the facility
• Operating pallet jacks to transport inventory and products
• Replenishing production areas to prevent downtime
• Hand-stacking materials according to company standards
• Keeping production lines fully stocked and organized
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Reporting safety hazards, damaged goods, or equipment issues
• Assisting team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25-75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Comfortable working in noisy industrial environments
• Able to work around slippery floors, broken glass, spilled product, and other hazards
• Ability to work around hot water and approved cleaning chemicals
• Strong attention to safety procedures and workplace awareness
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions
This role may involve exposure to:

• Extreme hot and cold temperatures
• High noise levels
• Slippery walking surfaces
• Spilled materials, torn cans, and broken glass
• Hot water and industrial cleaning chemicals (such as floor soap)
