Collaborate cross-functionally with Industrial Engineering, Material Resource Planning (MRP), and other Support Functions, as required, to ensure holistic execution of organization to meet current and future demand of customersSupport accelerating performance excellence utilizing PMT Teams across the organization, ensuring floor and staff PMTs are aligned to the Program and Space enterprise while identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives to increase repeatability, efficiency, and throughputAssist Building Manager and Site Deputy with Planning, staffing and resource managementCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic QualificationsProgram / Project Management ExperienceHigh volume/high-rate production experience Experience presenting to senior level managementFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Managment Software and Collaborative platforms (Sharepoint, JIRA, etc)Ability to articulate complex technical and programatic issues to peers, managment and customersMust be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceDesired SkillsProcess Improvement ExperienceExperience managing projects in a production/manufacturing environment Excellent verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with customer, program management, and team members Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Customers, Engineering, Material, Quality, and other functions, as required Team Leadership or Project Management Experience of a Multi-Functional/Discipline Team Facilitate schedule reviews and status meetings with operations, program and customerEngages early with operations leadership team on return to green plans, if required.
