Key Responsibilities

Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities.
Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
Initiate care plans as necessary and supervise resident care effectively.
Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.

Work Schedule

Part-Time: Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $48 based on experience, plus a $2 to $3 shift differential.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of application.
Current CPR certification.
Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred.
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
