As we grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Order Selector to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate order preparation, contributing to our mission of delivering excellence to every customer. What You’ll Do Order Accuracy: Select and gather products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring precision and efficiency. Stock Management: Organize and replenish items to maintain a well-stocked and orderly warehouse. Quality Checks: Inspect selected products to meet company quality standards before shipment. Packaging: Securely pack items for delivery to prevent damage during transit. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipping targets. Efficiency Improvement: Contribute ideas to optimize picking and packing processes. What You Bring to the Role Keen Eye for Detail: Accuracy and efficiency are your strengths. Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a fast-paced environment. Team Player Attitude: Cooperative and collaborative with colleagues. Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to resolve inventory or order issues. Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or order-picking role is a plus but not mandatory.
