Client Service Specialist - Financial Services

This position is key to ensuring smooth operations in a client-focused firm that specializes in personalized financial services. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for streamlining processes, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. A day in the life Answering and problem-solving incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail and in-person requests professionally and courteously. Prepare, organize, coordinate, and maintain all client paperwork. Complete client paperwork with clients, both in person and virtually, and maintain communication with the client about the status of accounts. Provide market quotations, place orders, and rebalance accounts at the direction of the financial advisor. Maintain records related to Model portfolios and create investment proposals. Identify and provide recommendations regarding processes, procedures, and policies related to investments with the goal of creating a more efficient and error-free client experience. Maintain client and other appropriate information in company software including but not limited to accurate and timely processing of updates and report requests. Execute on assigned projects.
