Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week plus extension, contract with a respected specialty pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with retail or LTC experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment and using the QS1 pharmacy management system.
Schedule :
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating weekends
Responsibilities :
- Verify and accurately dispense prescription medications.
- Perform order entry and prescription verification using QS1.
- Review medication orders for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure timely prescription processing.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Deliver outstanding patient care while supporting pharmacy workflow.
Requirements :
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
- Retail or Long-Term Care pharmacy experience.
- Previous QS1 pharmacy system experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Assignment Details :
- 13-week contract, with extensions.
- Long-Term Care Specialty Pharmacy
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM with rotating weekends
