Hybrid Contracting Specialist, Managed Care Negotiations

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Contracting Specialist, Managed Care to support negotiations across physician groups and related entities, addressing operational, financial and service issues while ensuring contract language aligns with established rate parameters. The role is hybrid, requiring 1-2 onsite days. Requires a Bachelor's in Finance or a health field and at least 3 years of hospital/physician contracting experience, with strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
