Production Associate - 1st Shift Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.10 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 04:30pm )

Operate production equipment and follow work instructions to meet daily production goals.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the manufacturing process.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

Production Associate - 1st Shift Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
