Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week travel assignment in Austin, TX. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team on the 4th floor of the North Austin Medical Center, supporting mothers and newborns during the pivotal moments of childbirth.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients
• Manage patient care with a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-patient ratio
• Assist with procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
• Administer and monitor medical equipment such as Novii and JADA
• Maintain accurate records using Meditech EMR system

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring skills
• EFM and SVE competency
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
