As a Vann York Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating activities related to vehicle sales, providing leadership and guidance to our sales consultants, and ensuring our customers are taken care of. Administers and monitors factor-sponsored programs. Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles. Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership. Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments. Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople. Embodies company values and fosters a culture of teamwork. Attends Managers Meetings. Maintains professional appearance. Other tasks as assigned. Expectations for Ideal Candidate Expertise -Must be Knowledgeable of Inventory, Products, and Services offered. Ensuring customers have been provided with an excellent car-buying experience. Requirements Min. of 3 years of Dealership Sales Management Experience Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; OR three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
