PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Needed

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days: Mostly Monday to Friday, with shifts of either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days. The typical shift hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.

A Physical Therapist is needed for a contract position with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to enhance patients' physical mobility and function.

Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

Implement therapy interventions to address specific patient goals.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and goals.

Valid Physical Therapist license is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
