KIA Sales Consultant
Jerry Seiner Salt Lake City is hiring a Full-Time KIA Sales Consultant to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This onsite role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and earning commission-based income in a fast-paced dealership environment.
With earning potential of $35,000-$120,000+ per year, this position offers unlimited growth based on performance, training, and effort.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver an exceptional car-buying experience
- Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right KIA vehicle
- Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain pricing options
- Guide customers through the sales and delivery process
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using dealership CRM tools
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Ability to listen, assess needs, and provide solutions
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable using technology and sales software
