Technician duties include drainage installation, insulation installation, encapsulation of crawlspace areas, some general framing on occasion, and mold remediation. No previous experience required. Applicants need to be fit and comfortable working in small spaces. All tools and equipment to preform job duties are provided. Transportation provided to and from job sites and transportation time is paid. This is a great position for people just entering the trades. Individuals with prior trades experience are encourage to apply and pay scale is completely negotiable. Please do not take theper hour dollars paid as a hard number.
