Urology Physician Opportunity

Healthcare United is seeking a Urology Physician to join a growing hospital-affiliated practice in East Central Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers strong earning potential, practice autonomy, procedural volume, and the ability to build your practice the way you prefer. The incoming physician will join an expanding regional healthcare organization with excellent referral support and a strong patient base, with two positions available across two clinic locations.

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of general urology conditions
• Perform outpatient and inpatient urologic procedures and surgeries
• Build and grow a comprehensive urology practice within the community
• Provide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of accredited Urology residency training
• Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
• Strong communication and clinical skills

• $700,000+ base salary plus productivity incentives
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
