Front Office Associate - Full Time (Primary Care)

Millennium Physician Group is seeking an experienced and energetic Front Office Associate to join our Primary Care team in Sun City Center. This full-time, Monday-Friday role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical office and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Position Details
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No weekends

Pay range: $18.00 - $23.50 per hour

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Front Office Associate , you will be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients warmly and professionally
• Managing timely check-in and check-out
• Handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clerical tasks
• Supporting patient flow and maintaining a positive office environment
• Using EMR systems (Athena experience preferred but not required)

Required Experience - MUST MEET TO APPLY

• Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a healthcare environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy medical office
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
