United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Modesto, CA for a permanent full-time role .

In this position, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes and rehabilitation success.
