Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

Commercial Insurance AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Analyst for a remote contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.This role is responsible for complex analysis and risk assessment pertaining to insurance and real estate to protect investor interests. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and the ability to self-manage a wide variety of tasks related to monitoring insurance compliance for commercial properties held as collateral.Responsibilities:Act in a timely and efficient manner to protect the interests of investors for whom mortgages are servicedMonitor insurance compliance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investorsPerform insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, and appraisal reviewsWork within the parameters of investor guides, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, applicable law, and mortgage documentsCorrespond with various servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departmentsRequirements:Industry experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real EstateCapable of complex analysis and assessment of situations as they pertain to insurance and/or real estateAnalytical mind with the ability to assess and articulate complex risksAbility to self-manage a wide variety and range of tasksExcellent character, humility, positive attitude, and ability to receive constructive feedbackPay range: $20.00 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!For multiple years running, Genesis10 has been recognized as a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S., as a Best Company for Work-Life Balance, as a Best Company for Career Growth, for Diversity, and for Leadership, amongst others.
