Position Overview
The Vice President of Operations - Sales & Construction will lead and oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the sales and construction divisions. This role is essential in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that all projects align with company goals while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in construction projects.
• Oversee project management processes to ensure timely and on-budget completion of all construction initiatives.
• Manage budgeting processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively across projects.
• Lead the construction management team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Foster strong client relations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Assess and manage risks associated with construction projects to minimize potential disruptions.
• Oversee supply chain management to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources for projects.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and create new opportunities within the construction sector.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE OVERSEEING SALES TEAMS AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management within the sales and construction industry.
• Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing large scale construction projects.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in construction management practices.
• Outstanding team leadership capabilities and experience managing diverse teams.
• Exceptional client relations and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Proficient in risk management and supply chain management principles.
