Job Summary

● Strong negotiation skills.
● Exceptional customer service abilities. Meeting and greeting customers as they come into our showroom.
● Know how to use the 2020 design software to design the kitchen and bath for the customer.
● Finding out the customer remodeling project needs, and assisting the customer in kitchen and bath design. Helping customers choose the right style cabinets and design for their home.
● Ability to work independently to guide customers through the whole process of selecting cabinets/hardware/accessories -- and in most cases oversee the entire project through installation.
● Don’t have to have prior knowledge and experience in Cabinets. We will have three months of period training with pay
● Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
