Senior Manager, Learning & Development, Doctor Development

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Learning & Development Doctor Development to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment. Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $119,000 – $119,000 annually Responsibilities Support doctor and practice owner role development initiatives Create strategies for development across all stages, including onboarding Collaborate with senior leaders and support teams to identify developmental needs Design and implement impactful learning solutions and resources Tailor learning experiences based on specific learner needs Assess existing programs for effectiveness and suggest improvements Leverage data to evaluate learning success and drive continuous enhancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 7+ years of learning and development experience, preferably in a fast-paced, distributed setting Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and principles Familiarity with DSOs or similar medical industries; experience in this field is a plus Proven track record in developing onboarding processes Strong business acumen to align learning solutions with business challenges Proficiency in digital learning technologies and eLearning tools Benefits Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership Collaborative environment across various departments Hands-on approach to learning and development initiatives Focus on innovative learning solutions and continuous improvement Onsite role at the Learning Center in a dynamic setting Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
