Why We Are Excited About You: Prior retail sales experience, especially in furniture or home furnishings, is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for furniture and interior design, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and earning customer trust. A strong customer service focus, dedicated to providing a positive and unforgettable shopping experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment. Proficiency in using computers for placing orders and processing credit applications. Exceptional listening skills and adept at resolving problems efficiently. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus. Schedule Flexibility You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, to best serve our customers and support team needs not to exceed 40 hours in a workweek. Physical Demands Ability to move around the store during the entire shift. May require the ability to lift and/or move, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
