Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' healing and growth.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records while upholding strict confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Engage in collaborative case management with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic care that encompasses mental and emotional well-being.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions to refine treatment approaches and contribute to team learning.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment paths, and community support options.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health treatment and integrate new findings into your therapeutic practice, ensuring clients receive the most effective care.

You will be working with a diverse group of individuals, each facing unique challenges such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
