About This Role Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift who will provide compassionate care and support to patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to advancing their skills while mentoring others. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Adventist Rehabilitation Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care. Serve as role models to Level I nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately. Develop a plan of care according to the patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from the patient and family perspective. Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care and participate in practice changes based on evidence.
