Position: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20-$24/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Moorpark, CA

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate in Moorpark, CA. This role is responsible for assembling and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fill customer purchase orders in a timely manner
• Ensure orders and shipping tickets maintain close to 99% accuracy
• Work with scanners and warehouse computer systems
• Update warehouse map using standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Safely operate warehouse equipment as required
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred (less experience considered with a strong background)
• Experience working with scanners and inventory systems
• Ability to read and match orders to shipping tickets
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable team player with the ability to work under time constraints
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
