Clinical Case Manager, Spanish Speaking

Review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training Audit subcontracted vendors and monitor development of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Evaluate subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance by observing procedures throughout the organization’s territory Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports Ensure active authorization for each participant and monitor progress toward established goals Troubleshoot and resolve vendor and parent concerns, including expired authorizations, vendor productivity, and appropriate care levels Evaluate vendor service effectiveness, participant assignments, and communication with families and administrative staff Participate in monthly meetings Conduct annual vendor audits and prepare written follow-up Prepare and report monthly caseload status, participant concerns and progress, and vendor concerns Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology, or a related field Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must have and maintain current CPR certification card 3 years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting preferred Advanced knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies for children with ASD Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis intervention approaches Competence in Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Behavior Skills Training (BST), and Experimental Functional Analysis (EFA) Expertise in empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies for individuals with ASD Case management experience required Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations Strong judgment and decision-making skills Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documentation Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to pass a post-offer physical examination and TB test Ability to provide proof of required vaccinations or positive immunity titer; signed declination may be acceptable for certain vaccinations Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and FBI Ability to travel locally, maintain a compliant driving record, auto insurance, and vehicle registration MFT or licensed psychologist preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and advanced methodologies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ensuring effective program delivery and quality assurance.
