As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organized and service-oriented professional to help support our clients and day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

The Client Service & Operations Associate serves as a key member of the team, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class client experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and providing outstanding support in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs
• Prepare and process account paperwork and client documentation
• Coordinate account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate client records and database information
• Support compliance and operational processes
• Help create a welcoming and professional client experience
• Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflows

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and client-focused attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology
• Financial services experience preferred but not required
