This community outpatient facility delivers primary care services to adult patients within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a standard Monday through Friday weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent care delivery. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a community health facility, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule with a 40-hour work week and no call responsibilities. The expected caseload is 20 patients per day, with on-site support staff including MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses available to facilitate daily clinical operations. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
