What You’ll Do: Operate in a fast-paced, conveyor-style assembly environment, contributing to the production of premium KitchenAid appliances. Assemble and install a variety of parts with precision and attention to detail. Safely package and crate finished products, ensuring they meet company quality standards. Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout your shift. Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and grow within the company. What’s in It for You? Competitive starting pay of $20.00/hr, with overtime opportunities. Increased rate to $21.50/hr on third shift. Paid training during your first week to set you up for success.
