Trust Officer & New Business Implementation, Alternative Collective Investment Trusts (REMOTE)

Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for investment manager clients regarding new business implementation and ongoing service relationships of Collective Investment Trusts (CITs). Assist clients with executing CIT‑related projects or initiatives, with a focus on alternative asset classes. Establish project plans and lead conference calls to coordinate legal establishment, operational setup, and launch of a CIT. Strategically develop and implement processes or practices that drive business efficiency and accuracy. Gather data and present new client product developments to the Trust New Business Committee for approval. Manage or assist in other CIT‑related projects and collaborate with team members to support evolving client needs. Participate in IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify cross‑division processes. Qualifications BS/BA degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent education and work experience). Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Employee Benefits, Investments, or Trust Administration. Self‑starter with outstanding decision‑making skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines. Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business, and client needs. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Geneva, Investier, Investran, and/or InvestOne. Project management experience. Knowledge of collective investment trusts, fund‑of‑fund operations, or other pooled investment vehicles. Knowledge of alternative investment products. Proficiency in MS Office. Compensation $90,000‑120,000 base salary.
