Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist at Northwood, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and provide individualized rehabilitation services to help them achieve their maximum potential. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions and diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress Participate in patient education and training to promote independence and self-care Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
