Provide hands‑on care: assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders. Serve on the on‑call rotation: triage caregiver call‑outs, fill urgent shifts, and resolve client concerns after hours. Problem‑solve in real time: address changes in client condition, elevate issues, and keep families informed.
