Maintenance Supervisor

The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection and development, field training, and safety.This individual will also lead operational efforts, managing costs while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. You will report to the Service Sales Manager in the Richmond, VA territory.
