Electronic Assembler

Job TitleAssemble electrical and electromechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to manufacturing drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform cable harness assembly, wire routing, crimping, connector installation, and soldering operations. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, bills of material (BOMs), assembly prints, and engineering documentation. Install, connect, and verify electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure assemblies meet quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot and identify assembly issues, reporting discrepancies to supervisors or engineering teams. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow all safety, quality, and defense manufacturing procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
