Interview Scheduling: Coordinating complex interviews across multiple calendars, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Candidate Experience: Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process. Job Posting & Sourcing: Drafting, editing, and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms. Administrative Support: Maintaining the ATS, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with background checks. Onboarding: Preparing offer letters and coordinating initial onboarding activities for new hires. Reporting: Tracking recruiting metrics and generating reports on hiring data. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wilson
