Customer Service Center Representative

As one of the largest Honda dealerships in the country we are looking for outstanding team members to join our customer service center.

There has never been a more exciting time to begin a career we just opened a new state-of-the-art building in downtown Los Angeles.

Pay Range: $17.87-$18.00

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing, and fun-loving people. You will be the front line of the sales and service process the first person that a potential client speaks with. A courteous and helpful first impression sets the stage for a seamless car buying and/or service and parts experience for our clients. Strong organizational and follow-up skills are key, as well as a competitive and a friendly personality.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Utilizing a script, answering outbound and inbound calls, texts and emails with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Handle customer feedback with integrity and poise, involving additional individuals for a speedy resolution.
• Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in our customer database management system.
• High moral and ethical standards at all times.
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic and coachable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent phone/written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus.
