What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Build relationships and identify customer needs through active listening
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives
• Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and financing options
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships
• Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth, memorable ownership experience
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Represent the Jerry Seiner brand with integrity and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Successful candidates often come from backgrounds in automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, real estate, or other customer-facing industries.
