Responsibilities Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our Guest, while maintaining dining room cleanliness. Clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner. Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift. Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items. Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware.
