Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst plays a key role in supporting multiple Amtrak business units by ensuring projects meet high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. This role involves reviewing and validating test plans, test results, and project deliverables, while participating in the PMO Q-Gate process. The Sr. QA Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, testing, and implementation, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement. The analyst also monitors QA tasks within test life cycles, change management, and release management, while offering mentorship to junior team members and leading lab testing activities. This position requires expertise in implementing lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization and operational efficiency.
