Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Caregiver

Community Access, Inc. – Stillwater, Oklahoma

Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour

$750 SIGN-ON BONUS – Available when eligibility requirements and conditions are met!

Community Access, Inc. is a growing provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Oklahoma. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals to join our Stillwater team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

As a DSP, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible while providing the support they need in their homes and communities.

No experience? We provide paid training to help prepare you for the job.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, your responsibilities may include:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and increasing independence
• Assist with meals, household activities, and daily routines
• Provide transportation and support for appointments, shopping, recreation, and community activities
• Follow individualized service plans and training
• Assist with medications as trained and authorized
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
• Complete required documentation
• Encourage community involvement and meaningful activities
• Treat every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion

• Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts
• Patient, respectful, and compassionate
• Comfortable working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Able to follow training, policies, and individualized support plans
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Able to complete required documentation and training
• Ability to pass State required criminal background check
• Current Drivers License and Vehicles Insurance
