Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with state and federal guidelines
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support each student’s progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and progress towards IEP goals
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
