What You Will Do:

Provide an outstanding customer experience for all customers of Karl Chevrolet. Professionally administer all incoming calls, promptly answering the telephone and directing callers to the appropriate employee. Process customer transactions at the completion of their service visit; answers customer questions, and ensure proper control of all cash and credit card transactions.
