Kelber Catering is seeking culinary staff for our hot food line and concession grills at our downtown Minneapolis location. A great place to work. As a seven‑day a week operation, there is flexibility in available hours that cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work with menus that are diverse and include many locally sourced ingredients. Responsibilities Operate hot food line and concession grills. Prepare plated and buffet banquet menus for catered events and made‑to‑order items in retail outlets. Work with staff and guests from all over the world and experience events that don’t happen at other venues in town. Physical Requirements Physical capacity of the job includes the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and consistently bend, reach, twist, push and pull; you will consistently stand and navigate our kitchen, storage areas and food outlets.
